I'm Britni Gallello, a licensed Arizona real estate agent and the founder of The Gilded Cactus.
After years of getting clients' homes ready for market, I kept seeing the same thing: how a house is presented changes how buyers feel about it, what they think it's worth, and what they end up offering. So I built a staging company around that.
I don't stage to make a house pretty. I stage it to sell, which means thinking about the photos, the showings, and the price, not just the pillows.

Market-Ready Consultation
A room-by-room walkthrough of how your home actually functions: layout, sightlines, and traffic flow. You get a clear, market-informed plan for what to move, remove, fix, or add before photos. Sometimes that plan includes staging, and sometimes it's paint, lighting, and a few small changes.
For homes where the sellers are still living there. I work with what you already own, edit out what's working against you, and bring in pieces where needed, so the home shows well without turning your life upside down.
Occupied Staging
Empty rooms are hard for buyers to read, and they photograph worse than you'd think. I fully furnish the key spaces so buyers can see how the home lives and what each room is for.
Vacant Staging
Not selling right now? I also help homeowners pull a space together, whether that's one room or the whole house.

I'm licensed too, so I get it. I stage around your budget, your photo date, and your listing timeline. Furniture, storage, delivery, and setup are all on me. You get to offer staging as part of your listing package without running a staging business on the side. And when a listing sits, staging is often a smarter next move than a price reduction. I'm happy to help you make that case to your seller.
